i play football and basketball and i do this in both. whenever someone is trying to block you or guarding you whenever theyre about a foot away punch them aS HARD AS YOU CAN IN THE STOMACH AND THE REF WONT SEE and theyll fall to the ground or just stand there

Usually I have noticed all those people associated with the sporting events have a great eyesight. This is essential too as their profession demands them to sight things well. However there are periods when they are required to expose themselves in extreme weather conditions and a lot of fluids are drained out from their bodies. Also the constant exposure to sun can cause burning sensation in the eyes. What are the measures adopted to keep them maintained.
