I'm a big fan of Transformers and I watched it a lot when I was younger. I watched the movie and liked it. I'm a bit disappointed that people bash it because (they say) that it doesn't have much characterization. Who thinks that sucks too? Who thinks that its good (like me)?

So far, Transformers is the best film I have watched this year. Not because it has so much characterization, in fact, I must agree that it does not have much of it. However, I understand the need to shift from a different paradigm. Well, perhaps its because the mediums are diffirent. The original Transformers is a cartoon program while the latest film is done with the real world and human. Besides, the film has to show something new, something different, unless it wants to bore the viewers.

The only thing I liked about it is the special effects. When I was a kid, I used to watched Transformers. So I was excited to see its film version,.. I expected too much from it that I was disappointed when I had the chance to watch it. I agree with my friend that my memories of Transformers are altered by this movie.

Oh ya, it's really great! I like Ironhide, he's really the best of all the robots. He might be grumpy, but he's still cool.

u guys should go join the transformers forum. anyway, the movie is generally good. It's funny, action-packed, not too long...an enjoyable watch. however to be a bit picky, the fight scene in the streets' too messy. The action's too fast and you can't differentiate the bots! maybe a spoof to want us to watch it a few times

I'm not going to lie, I used to own the Bumble bee car toy when I was a kid. I love that show..."transformers, more than meets the eye." The movie was awesome too, I just wish they kept the bumblebee car to it's original and not a plug in for Ford and the newer mustangs.
